The Bill and Carol Latimer Charitable Foundation

The Bill and Carol Latimer Charitable Foundation was founded to help improve life for residents of Obion County and the surrounding area. To accomplish this goal, the eight member board developed two programs that focus on different needs in the community. The foundation recognized the need for more financial assistance to Obion County, South Fulton and Union City’s college bound seniors. In order to help meet this need, they started a program called the College Opportunity Fund , (C.O.F.).
The Bill and Carol Latimer Charitable Foundation also noticed a need for project and mission funding within local churches. To help churches continue in community outreach, the foundation developed a grant program. It is through programs such as these that the Foundation hopes to make a difference in and around Obion County. The program is called, The Bill and Carol Latimer Charitable Foundation Grant. |
